Privacy and cookies
BrandTerritory is a research index of personal injury law firms, owned and operated by X Social Media LLC, doing business as Mass Tort Ad Agency. This page says what the site collects about visitors, what it does not, and the choices you have. Questions and requests go to profile@brandterritory.ai.
What the index measures
The index measures law firms as businesses, using public sources: Google Ads search volume, Google Maps listings and saved answers from AI assistants. It does not track the people who search for a lawyer. To correct a fact about your firm, write to the address above.
What we collect from visitors
- Information you give us. Your email address when you save a report, subscribe to an edition, claim a profile or ask for follow-up, along with anything you write in the request.
- Payments. Subscriptions are handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email and subscription status. We never see your card number.
- Searches you run. When you run a free search check, the search term is sent to our data provider without your identity. To limit abuse we keep a scrambled form of your IP address for about two days.
- Server logs. Our host, Cloudflare, processes the technical details every website receives, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect the site.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
With your agreement we also record first-party page views, navigation clicks, form activity and ad campaign tags for up to 90 days. Do not put personal information in campaign tags. Analytics and advertising tools load only after you choose Agree on the cookie notice. If you agree, the site loads Google Analytics and, when we run advertising, the Meta pixel. These tools set cookies and send Google and Meta details of your visit, such as the pages you view and your IP address. Meta may use that to show you our ads, including ads for our related service PlatinumProfile, and to measure them.
If you choose Decline, neither tool loads. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as Decline automatically. The maps and reports work the same either way.
Your choice is stored in your own browser. The site also uses a sign-in cookie if you open a saved report.
Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information for money. We share it only with the services that run the site: Cloudflare (hosting), Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider, and, if you agreed to cookies, Google and Meta as described above. Under some state laws, use of the Meta pixel counts as sharing information for targeted advertising. Choosing Decline, or using Global Privacy Control, opts you out.
Your choices and rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and unsubscribe from any email using the link inside it. Write to profile@brandterritory.ai. We answer requests as required by the law that applies to you and we will not treat you differently for making one.
Children
The site is for legal professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18.

When this page changes we update the date at the top.
